Just got back from the Phoenix dance event. The girls did much shopping and noted that only at dance events can 3 girls all buy size 5 jeans from the same vendor. I guess dancers are just "blessed" to be smaller? Or is it coincidence that at these events the dancers start at 10 am and don't stop until midnight? That's for us older folks, the younger ones close down at around 4 am. Lots of tired feet.

Crossfit warmup
Burgener warmup and O-lift instruction
Snatch, Clean & jerk, back squat, overhead squat
Adrienne snatched up to 20kg, clean & jerked a little more than that. Divya went through the O-lifts for the first time, up to 7kg. Excellent coordination and timing, much higher than average, needs some work on her squat depth. Finished with overhead squat stretches.
No Boot Camp class tomorrow; we'll be in Phoenix for a dance event. Workout assignment is to go to the Red Rock High School track. Run 400, do 30 pushups, run 400, do 50 squats, run 400, do 40 situps, run 400. Keep track of time to completion. Have fun and see you Monday!
Easy morning. Ran 400m, did the Crossfit warmup and the Burgener warmup. Did some light snatches, handstand practice, a few elbow levers. Did 2 head-to-ground handstand pushups, I think for the first time ever. Got it on video but for some reason it came out totally blurred.

Linc: 139 with 50kg, hanging k-to-e
Divya: 212 with 12kg, seated k-to-e
Adrienne: 188 with 27kg, seated k-to-e (first round hanging k-to-e)
14 minutes of fun! Finished with Waiter's Walk and Farmer's Walk.
