Two different strokes on the Concept 2 rower. The first graph has the desirable "left-leaning haystack" look associated with more efficient rowing. The second stroke shows less leg drive at the beginning and excessive arm pull at the end. The second stroke also takes more time to completion. Note that with both examples the strokes rate is the same 26 strokes per minute but the pace per 500 meters is quite different.
