February 10th is the 2nd annual Sedona Marathon, featuring a marathon, half-marathon, and 5k events. Open and age-divisions categories will be awarded prizes.
This morning's workout, in prep for the 5k event, was:

- 500 meter row
- 400 meter run
This works out close to a 5k distance.
