Originally posted on the Crossfit mainsite as the WOD in August of 2003. Crossfit now has a newer, slightly less technical version they call "The Bear" so I'm calling this workout "The Super Bear".

This particular workout focuses on technique, power, and strength. Hallmarks of this type of workout is low reps, extended breaks between lifts, and ordering the exercises from most technical to least technical.
